We grant your authorization to start designing your new home.

A site assessment and soil investigation will be undertaken to determine the quality of the land for load-bearing conditions.
STEP 4. FLOOR PLAN DRAFTED
The concept drawings are prepared by professionals.
STEP 5. CONCEPT PLAN DISCUSSED
The concept plans for your new home will be finalized based on the site and soil report by our Architect.
STEP 6. FULL PLANS FINALISED
A proper floor plan and elevation will be designed based on your decision.
STEP 7. PRICING GO-THROUGH
We take you through the pricing involved to get your building started.
STEP 8. CHOOSE YOUR INTERIOR DESIGN
Meet your Colour Consultant to choose your decor.Decide and provide specifications for all client-supplied items.
STEP 9. AGREEMENT FORMALIZED & CONTRACT SIGNED
The building agreement will be formalized and your contract signed.
STEP 10. to the LOCAL council
We make a preliminary application to the council, where appropriate.
STEP 11. CONSENT DRAWINGS & APPLICATION COMPLETED
We complete the consent drawings and application ready for building consent, pending your approval.
STEP 12. LODGE BUILDING CONSENT
We lodge your building consent to the council.
STEP 13. ISSUE SUPPLIER & SUBCONTRACTOR ORDERS
We prepare and issue the supplier and subcontractor orders.
STEP 14. BUILDING BEGINS!
We start building your new home!
